Modifications of terms

IDM reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without notice. The latest version can be reviewed by clicking on the "Terms of Use" link located at the bottom of our web pages.

Software usage and licensing

The software and services provided by IDM are protected by copyright and are governed by the accompanying end user license agreement. Users must agree to the license terms before accessing the software. Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, reselling, distribution of our data, or scraping of the software is strictly prohibited.

Registration and account security

To use IDM software/services, users must register and provide accurate information. Account passwords must be kept confidential. Users are responsible for any unauthorized account activity and must promptly report any security breaches.

Fair use

You are responsible for using the URL shortening software and for any material you publish or transmit through the service. The service must NOT be used for any malicious intent, including, but not limited to:

• Creating short links for phishing or scam websites
• Distributing pornography or adult content
• Engaging in betting or gambling activities
• Infringing upon copyright laws

We retain the right to suspend or terminate your access to our URL shortening service if we conclude, at our sole discretion, that you have breached these Terms of Service.

Fees, payments, and refunds

Certain features may require payment based on the pricing plan you choose. Users are responsible for all applicable charges, taxes, and fees in your country. The IDM prices don't include any local taxes

No refunds are provided once services/software have been rendered or data has been downloaded manually or via API. However you can cancel your subscription anytime to not to renew on next cycle

We do NOT store payment information (e.g.: credit card, debit card…) on internal databases, and we use third party payment gateway (Stripe, PayPal etc.) for transactions and require you to agree there payment policy and taxes based on your location and business type.

Intellectual property ownership

IDM and its licensors own all rights, title, and interest in the technology and services, including intellectual property rights. This agreement does not convey any ownership rights to users. The "IDM" name is a trademark of Agenty Analytics Private Limited in India and/or other countries; no license is granted to use this name.
